Service Delivery Policy

Policy Overview

This Service Delivery Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures governing the delivery of online services offered by Deltanoid. By engaging with Deltanoid and making payments, clients unconditionally agree to abide by these terms. This policy ensures transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency while safeguarding Deltanoid’s business interests. Any ambiguity in interpretation shall be resolved in favor of Deltanoid.

1. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all digital services provided by Deltanoid, including but not limited to:

Business Management Systems

Development Services

Content and Marketing Services

All services are delivered exclusively through digital channels. No physical products or on-site services are included.

2. Service Delivery Method

2.1 Delivery Channels:

All deliverables will be provided via secure digital channels, including:

  • Email (documents, reports, and communications).
  • Cloud Platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3, or equivalent).
  • Project Management Tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or specified platforms).
  • Custom Portals or Dashboards (applicable to ERP, IMS, SMP, and CRM systems).

2.2 Access Credentials:

  • Access credentials (usernames, passwords, API keys) will be provided upon project completion.
  • Clients are solely responsible for securing these credentials. Deltanoid is not liable for any loss, unauthorized access, or misuse due to client negligence.

2.3 Delivery Notifications:

  • Upon completion of each deliverable or milestone, Deltanoid will issue a Completion Notification via email or the designated communication channel.
  • Clients must acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days. Failure to respond will be deemed implicit acceptance, and the project will be marked complete.

3. Service Delivery Timelines

3.1 Project-Specific Timelines:

  • Timelines will be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal.
  • Adherence to timelines depends on the client providing timely inputs, feedback, and approvals.

3.2 Client Delays:

  • If clients delay providing necessary inputs or approvals beyond three (3) business days, Deltanoid reserves the right to:
    • Extend delivery timelines accordingly.
    • Charge additional fees for resource reallocation and delays impacting other projects.

3.3 Revisions and Updates:

  • Revisions within the agreed scope will be delivered as specified in the service agreement.
  • Changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as new work and will incur additional charges and extended timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Timely Cooperation:

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback promptly.
  • Delays caused by client inaction may lead to suspension or termination of services without refunds.

4.2 Written Requests:

  • All requests for revisions, updates, or clarifications must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid.

4.3 Technical Compatibility:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their systems are compatible with the delivered services.
  • Deltanoid is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incompatible client infrastructure.

5. Acceptance and Approval

5.1 Acceptance Criteria:

  • Deliverables are considered accepted if the client:
    • Provides written confirmation of acceptance.
    • Fails to respond within three (3) business days of the Completion Notification.

5.2 Post-Acceptance Changes:

  • Changes requested after acceptance will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.

6. Service Delivery Delays

6.1 Unforeseen Delays:

  • Deltanoid is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including:
    • Internet outages, server failures, or cybersecurity incidents.
    • Staff availability or health emergencies.

6.2 Force Majeure:

  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), Deltanoid reserves the right to revise delivery schedules.
  • No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for such delays.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Non-Refundable Services:

  • Services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Cancellation after initiation results in forfeiture of all payments made up to that point.

7.2 Cancellation Requests:

  • All cancellations must be in writing to connect@deltanoid.in.
  • Refund eligibility will be determined solely by Deltanoid based on work completed and resources expended.

7.3 Client-Induced Cancellations:

  • Delays, non-cooperation, or failure to meet obligations will result in no refunds and possible termination of services.

8. Liability Limitations

8.1 Service Performance:

  • Deltanoid guarantees service delivery as agreed but does not promise specific business outcomes.

8.2 Indirect Damages:

  • Deltanoid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business losses or reputational harm.

9. Policy Amendments

Deltanoid reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice. Continued engagement implies acceptance of any updates.
